Buying on Colori

Choose your products

All products on the site are in stock at our premises. Each item ordered is automatically deducted from stock. When it is out of stock button "Availability" will be displayed.

Basket

Please browse through the shop, you can always add the items you want to buy a basket. By clicking on Basket menu at the top of each page, you can review your pre-purchase, change the number of units of each product you wish to order or remove a wrong choice. PRACTICE: You can keep the contents of your shopping connection to another as soon as you are identified.

Availability

This indication informs you that an item is temporarily out of stock. You can be notified by mail of its replenishment by clicking on the detail of the product concerned.

Newsletters

Our newsletters allow you to be informed closer to our news and promotions. To unsubscribe, simply enter your e- mail address on the registration page and save it without checking any boxes. You can also click on the unsubscribe link at the end of each of our newsletters.

Login

First time ordering is essential to create an account on our site by clicking on "Login" in the menu at the top of each page.

Account

Your account contains all your personal data, your orders placed. You can change these data at any time, including your shipping addresses. It also gives you access to a subscription to our newsletters and product notification list.

Order

Once you're done shopping, go to your cart after you have identified or created your account and validate it, or click on Order directly located above the menu at the top of each page. We take no order by phone or fax.

Change orders

It is not possible to add items to an order paid by credit card.

In the case of a payment by check or bank transfer, you can add items to your order through us with details of items to info@colori.be before sending your payment.

Payment

Payments can be made by credit card through the secure payment. In case of failure or refusal of payment by credit card, due to a technical failure as a break with the payment server for example, an automatic email is sent to you allowing you to iron the payment on this order: a link leads directly to the payment server. Your backlog and deferred payment by credit card are kept five days. After this time, your order is canceled and the items delivered from stock.

Consequently orders placed until noon and paid by credit card are shipped the same day and next day for those made in the afternoon and evening.

Returning items

It is quite possible to return defective items or who do not comply. We will send you by mail have a corresponding value, in a period of 15 days after delivery.
